This event is filled with hands-on activities, mentoring sessions led by aviation professionals, static aircraft displays, and simulators. In 2025, we had over 180 youth participants and their families attend. We seeking community sponsors and volunteers who are passionate about expanding opportunities for women in aviation. Your support will help us deliver an inspiring and impactful event.

Each year we raise money to cover the cost of tables and chairs, T-shirts, activity supplies, snacks and drinks, lunches for attendees and volunteers, transportation between event spaces and safety details for the event. If there is a specific item you would like to purchase for our event we are happy to work with you!

All donations are tax-deductible and will directly impact students, members, and aviation enthusiasts in the New England community.
